The existing student accomodation facility at Cartwright Gardens has been developed on behalf of the University of London and University Partnership Programme.

Located within the Bloomsbury Conservation area at Kings Cross, Cartwright Gardens provides 1,200 student rooms.

The existing buildings, with the exclusion of the 14 storey Hughes Parry Tower, will be demolished and replaced with a new building.

The Hughes Parry tower will provide 246 refurbished student accomodation rooms and 954 student accomodation rooms located within the new buildings. MKP carried out the detailed design of the M&E services for Multiplex.
