  • Degree qualified, with minimum 10 years contracting/consultancy experience.
  • Experience in at least 3 types of the following projects:
    education, medical, pharmaceutical, commercial office, industrial/manufacturing, high-end residential

And proven excellence in the following:

  • Designing to a working drawing / 3D standard
  • Designing with AutoCAD, ideally with AutoCAD MEP
  • TAS software
  • All Microsoft office packages
  • Cymap software
  • Meeting BREEAM standards
